ALKI Rosaki 2024
The vintage
The 2024 vintage is characterized by a very high-quality harvest. The quantity was significantly limited, with yields reduced by 30-40%. Specifically, the winter was mild with high temperatures for the season. The heaviest rainfall occurred from September through January, totaling 260 mm. Wind intensity during the growth cycle followed natural rhythms without causing damage.
The limited rainfall combined with high spring temperatures in June led to reduced fruit set. As a result, we had fewer but well-developed grape clusters of excellent quality. For the Rozaki variety, this was ideal for the vintage. Harvest began on August 16. The natural must sugar levels produced musts with aromatic intensity and a taste characterized by moderate acidity.
